Prototyping

We can help with prototyping components by producing temporary tooling, wire erosion, grinding, or milling.

We can also produce proof-of-principal tools or jigs to the customers requirements.

We have produced components from 110mm long aluminium profiles to tiny 2mm x 1mm forms and punches.

Most items we produce in this bracket are covered by customer Non Disclosure Agreements.

Broken Taps and Drills

Using our EDM hole drill we can remove broken taps/drills from your components saving you time and money.

Reverse Engineering

If you have tools or service parts without drawings we are able to reverse engineer these items and produce CAD drawings. Using these drawings we can reproduce the components at a fraction of the cost of buying the OEM component.
